To purchase from us you must be over 18. By submitting your order
you are offering to buy the goods at the prices set out on our website.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed
your order by email. The minimum order is 4 seats. If you are ordering
more than 20 seats, please contact us by email and we will be pleased
to provide you with a special quotation. Seat prices are based on
deliveries to London and the home counties in the south (including
towns on the south coast) to Edinburgh and Glasgow in the north
and from Liverpool in the west to Hull in the East. Deliveries to
any addresses outside of these areas may incur additional charges.
All items are made to order and will take 45-60 days for delivery.
You will receive an email from us within 3 business days confirming
your order, including an estimated delivery date. If you are paying
for your order by cheque, please allow an additional 5 working days
for your cheque to clear from receipt. Orders can only be processed
for delivery in Great Britain. Deliveries to non UK-mainland addresses
may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for deliveries
to Ireland.
Each seat selection is fully assembled,
fixed to a 3 cm plywood base, fully protected and individually boxed
in a cardboard carton. The goods are shipped by overland transport
from Spain and delivered direct to the customer's address. The transportation
of the goods from the drop-off point to the customer's house/ flat
is the responsibility of the customer. Each cardboard carton weighs
approximately 15kgs.
The customer should inspect the goods on receipt for defects or
damage and to confirm that they are correct. In the unlikely event
that any item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you should
contact us immediately by email at returns@cinestructures.co.uk
providing a full description of the fault.
If goods need to be returned to us, we will
issue you a Return Goods Authorisation number (RGA), with details
of how items will be collected, or the address to which you should
return them. Any item returned without a valid RGA will be entirely
at your risk.
If you are requested to return your goods,
please ensure that they are securely packaged. Goods damaged in
transit on return cannot be replaced or credited.
The goods supplied are not intended to be used by, for the purposes
of or in connection with a business and are supplied only for personal
domestic use. Accordingly we will not be responsible to you for
any loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill if the
goods are used in a business context.
When you wish to purchase from our online store we will need to
know your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and delivery address.
We need this information for our own internal records purposes,
in order to process and fulfil your orders, to let you know the
status of your orders, and to address any queries regarding your
orders.
We may also disclose your information to our appointed third party
agents in order to process your orders, for example, to transport
companies who deliver goods to you on our behalf. We may disclose
your information to our professional advisers for the purpose of
obtaining professional advice or to other third parties if we have
a legal obligation to do so. We may also disclose your information
to a purchaser in the event of a sale of the whole or a relevant
part of our business.
We reserve the right at all times to monitor your use of the service
to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. We also reserve
the right to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information
as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process
or governmental request.
We and other affiliated companies may use
information that you provide for market research purposes; to advise
you of special offers; to inform you about products and services.
From time to time we may forward your email address to other carefully
selected suppliers or service providers with products we believe
may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us forward this information
please send an email, from the address you gave us, to optout@cinestructures.co.uk
with the word REMOVE in the subject line.
You should be aware that it is impossible
to guarantee the security of any data disclosed via the internet.
However, we have taken all reasonable steps to protect your personal
information.
These terms and conditions contain all the terms which we and you
have agreed in relation to the use of the website. Any orders you
place from this website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions
of Sale as noted above. This website is controlled and operated
from facilities in England. Any dispute in relation to these website
Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the courts
of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over
any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us
shall be made or conducted in the English language.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union you have the
right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order and
return the goods for no reason at all. You must inform us in writing
if you wish to cancel within 7 working days, starting on the day
after the goods are delivered to you.
This does not apply to goods that have been
personalised. If you choose to cancel then you must take reasonable
care of the goods and not use them. You must return the goods to
us in the original packaging to Returns, Suite 15, Intech House,
34-35 The Cam Centre, Wilbury Way, Hitchin SG4 0TW, England at your
cost and risk. We advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately
insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the
goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to
do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you
at your cost. You will receive a full refund, less our reasonable
costs, within 30 days of us receiving your notification to cancel.
